The team of professionals at SL Architects has developed numerous prestigious projects, including both private and public spaces, luxurious residences, hotels, exclusive residential complexes, and commercial and business centers with unique architecture and innovative design, located around the world. In addition to Russia, elite real estate projects by the SL Architects team have adorned the most fashionable areas of the UAE (Dubai), Monaco, Bahrain, Qatar, India, Thailand, and many other countries.
The work of SL Architects has been generously recognized with prestigious international awards in architecture and design. One of the most recent was the Asia Pacific Property Awards, where SL Architects' projects won prizes in three categories, and the Leela Sky villa complex project in Thailand was recognized as the best architectural project in the country. Another professional victory for SL Architects was their construction project in Al Wasl, which won at the Arabian Property Awards in the category 'Best Retail Architecture in Dubai.
Recently, the activities of SL Architects in the UAE and neighboring countries have become so successful and in demand that the team decided to open their second office in Dubai. It's evident that maintaining trusting relationships with clients and providing high-quality, personalized service will become even easier for the architects and designers of SL Architects.
TRUSSARDI TOWER Among SL Architects' recent achievements in Dubai is the magnificent residential complex Trussardi Tower, designed and implemented in collaboration with the renowned Italian fashion conglomerate.
Among the advantages of the exclusive apartments and luxurious penthouses in Trussardi are private open pools on each terrace and breathtaking views of Dubai's main attractions - one of the world's most significant metropolises.
VILLA AL SATWA Another gem by SL Architects in Dubai is the private residence Villa Al Satwa, located in the historic Al Satwa district. A key feature of the project is the large panoramic windows, creating a sense of spaciousness and connection with the environment. The luxurious, exquisite Villa Al Satwa residence impresses with its perfectly thought-out and functional layout, and its interiors offer beautiful views of the city and the famous Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
VILLA IN QATAR Beyond Dubai, the SL Architects team is actively working in other countries of the region. Another example of this successful activity is a new private villa project for a young family in Qatar.
The villa, designed in SL Architects' signature style, reflects the company's main principle — an architectural approach to space formation. Combined with the panoramic glazing of the ground floor rooms, the large geometric volumes of the upper levels appear airy and weightless. The ground floor, like a glass pedestal, supports the massive upper structures, seamlessly blending with the surrounding environment. The elongated pool located at the foot of the villa precisely mirrors the geometric outlines of the facade, emphasizing the harmony between external and internal architecture, and enhancing the connection with nature and the environment. The facades feature the clear and soaring forms characteristic of SL Architects' style, while the windows are covered with graphic grilles which, in addition to their decorative function, help maintain maximum privacy for the house's residents.

Most of Alexey Nikolashin's bureau's projects are comprehensive turnkey developments, ranging from global architectural solutions to final interior design, where there are no insignificant details and every element contributes to creating an aesthetic and functional living space.
The interior projects of SL Architects have also repeatedly received high professional recognition, winning first places in categories such as 'Best Residential Interior' or 'Design Project of the Year' in professional press and at leading architectural and design competitions. For their interior projects, the SL Architects team selects the best furniture, components, and accessories from leading European and global manufacturers.
The designers and decorators at SL Architects select the most current models from the latest furniture collections, combining beauty and comfort. Created to the highest quality standards, using the best natural materials, these selections ensure that the interior will remain relevant for many years to come.
MANDARIN ORIENTAL One of SL Architects' recent interior projects is located in the luxurious Mandarin Oriental apartments in the heart of Moscow. For the design of the 225 square meter apartment, modern soft furniture Baxter, storage systems Poliform, kitchen Cesar, and lighting fixtures Henge were selected.
The ergonomic layout allowed to zone the space in such a way as to leave maximum airflow and light in the interior. The spacious living room, combined with the kitchen Cesar, smoothly transitions into the hall area, which is always filled with soft natural light during the day. The warm palette of finishing materials, including decorative panels made of light wood and natural stone, brought together complex decorative elements of the interior. Henge bar stools, on the right dining table with marble countertop and Minotti chairs. Above the kitchen island Henge pendant lights.
To create a bright and cozy space to the maximum, designers used predominantly light tones in the finishing of walls and furniture. Soft textile panels are used to create an atmosphere of warmth and safety in the bedroom, not only in the furniture headboard of the bed Giorgetti, but also on the walls. Noble pearl-gray shades of textile upholstery delicately combine with the laconic metallic elements in the color of aged copper shelf Cattelan lamp Henge.
NIKITSKAYA When designing a bold and bright interior for a 550 sqm apartment on Nikitskaya Street in Moscow, the designers at SL Architects paid special attention to materials and textures. The main palette of cold tones was diluted with colorful accents, forming by picturesque canvases on the walls and soft furniture in rich deep tones. Numerous artificial light sources, including those built into wall panels, create a soft diffused glow, emphasizing the exceptional atmosphere of luxury and comfort.
The perfect solution for this project was the soft furniture groups from the Italian Baxter factory. Not only beautiful, but also extremely spacious sofas and armchairs by Baxter are made of exceptionally soft and pleasant to the touch natural leather and suede. The color of the model can be specified individually by the customer, choosing from dozens of shades offered by the factory. It is not surprising that each detail in the project looks like an art object, and together they create a harmonious space.
A stylish dining set Henge is located in a room with a large panoramic window. To ensure that direct sunlight does not bother the household members, adjustable blinds controlled remotely through a smart home system are installed on the windows. During hours when the room is not too brightly lit by the sun, a beautiful view of the historical city center can be seen through the windows, which is so pleasant to enjoy during family and friendly gatherings.
One of the project's strong points was the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. SL Architects managed to create purely utilitarian spaces, whose visual aspect is not inferior to the main rooms, such as the living room or dining room. This effect was achieved by using visually appealing storage systems, such as the openwork shelving - partition Henge with asymmetrical shelves and spacious built-in column closets Poliform, reaching up to the ceiling.
Insufficient storage systems can lead to clutter and even hoarding in an apartment, which can ultimately ruin even the most beautiful interior. When designing the apartment on Nikitskaya, a large variety of storage systems were included to cater to every taste.
SADY MAIENDORF Private residence with a romantic name Sady Maiendorf is located in the Moscow suburb of Zhukovka and occupies an area of over 2000 square meters. The luxurious country villa is built on a plot with complex terrain, surrounded by centuries-old pine trees. The exterior of the estate is in the best traditions of the signature style of SL Architects - soaring roofs, vertical accents, and an open basement, with a hidden garage for 8 cars - all elements come together in a harmonious composition.
The interior of the common living areas of the villa in Zhukovka is impressive in size and covers 1900 square meters. The entrance area of the residence greets its owners with a sculptural island, with a burnt wood effect. Above the island, there are stylish decorations and designer lamps from the creative Italian factory Henge and Giopato & Сoombes. In the interior finishing of the hall, the tone is set by a combination of light sand-colored stone and large decorative panels made of noble brass. This combination sets the tone for the entire interior space of the villa and continues in various variations in other rooms of the building.
In the spacious main living room, the effective zoning technique of multi-level space is used. The floor height in the dining room adjacent to the living room is slightly raised above the general level. Thus, the dining group Henge remains in the same area as the living room, but at the same time becomes isolated, located on its own slightly elevated podium. In turn, the sofa group visually appears as if in a small niche, adding comfort and creating an atmosphere of a classic lounge area.
Aesthetics and functionality are intricately connected - one of the basic principles of work for SL Architects designers. The focal point of the music room is an eye-catching slatted ceiling that is not only beautiful, but also serves as a sound-absorbing panel. In the depths of the room, there is an asymmetrical bar island made of natural stone with backlighting. The walls of the bar area are decorated with decorative brass panels, and the island is equipped with premium-class integrated home appliances. Connected at a slight angle, sofa modules Minotti positioned opposite each other create a private atmosphere that encourages intimate communication. The combination of rough textures and exquisite design makes the interior truly modern and luxurious.
