The young but already experienced team of SDA design studio, consisting of architects, engineers, and managers, has been working on projects of varying complexity for over 10 years. The friendly studio team implements all stages of architectural projects: from concept creation to administration of contracting companies and turnkey construction. The studio's professionals realize projects of various purposes, from residential to public buildings, guaranteeing clients professionalism and an individual approach. To create unique projects, the studio team engages the best specialists in working with stone, wood, glass, and metal.
The new project of SDA design studio is a private apartment in Dubai, located in the prestigious Port De La Mer area with a view of the picturesque coastline. This rapidly developing residential complex in the center of Dubai includes apartments, townhouses, and villas in close proximity to the sea line. The Port De La Mer residential area features various infrastructure facilities, including restaurants, cafes, shops, sports facilities, promenades for walking, and recreation areas, making life there exceptionally comfortable.
A striking focal point in the design of this interior is the large decorative panel located in the living room. The breathtaking seascape visible from the apartment windows inspired the designers to create an accent panel in the lounge area. The elegant stucco decor with floral motifs is inspired by the beauty of the surrounding nature and reflects the movement of waves and the coolness of the sea breeze.
The design of the entire interior is maintained in a noble gray-beige palette with pearly shades. The corner sofa group Edra in the living room forms a cozy private space, conducive to pleasant conversation and leisurely relaxation during the daytime.
Impressive coffee tables Reflex Angelo of different shapes and sizes form an expressive architectural accent in the center of the living room.
The partition wall between the dining area and the living room is complemented by a through niche, which helps to visually and conceptually unite these two rooms while maintaining their autonomous location. Walls and floors in most rooms are finished with noble white marble with striking patterns. This finish is not only beautiful but also extremely practical in Dubai's hot climate. The visual coolness of the stone helps maintain a comfortable temperature indoors, no matter how hot it is outside.
The group of low storage systems Gallotti Radice located along the wall consists of open niches, illuminated glass shelves, and solid white facades. This solution gives the kitchen environment a resemblance to the interior of a living room or library, making the space even more cozy and modern.
The spacious kitchen includes a high-tech culinary area with an impressive kitchen island and an elegant dining set Gallotti Radice located by the window. The round table with a stone top and soft armchairs help maintain a homey atmosphere during traditional family meals.
Large windows, which also serve as swing doors-partitions, lead to a wide terrace offering a beautiful view of the sea bay and sandy beaches. The massive kitchen island is finished with polished black stone, into which a designer cooktop with large burners is integrated, and directly above them is an impressive steel exhaust pipe Miele that operates silently.
The kitchen area solution, built on the contrast of black and white volumes, gives this utilitarian space a trendy, dynamic character.
The extremely minimalist design of the kitchen furniture Cesar makes the culinary zone practically invisible, allowing the utilitarian space to be maximally hidden from view. At the same time, the house inhabitants can use all the necessary built-in household appliances and storage compartments that modern kitchen arrangements provide. Thanks to the combination of modern technologies with the use of natural materials, the designers managed to combine the level of comfort familiar to clients with their dynamic lifestyle.
The high countertop of the kitchen island allows it to be used not only for cooking but also as a stylish home bar. Tall bar stools with elegant legs complement the island combination, adorning the entire kitchen space.
The apartment area is divided into a closed private zone and a common zone. The closed zones, of course, include two luxuriously furnished bedrooms. The theme of large surfaces of natural stone is continued in the finishing here as well. For example, in the master bedroom, beautiful decorative honey-toned stone is used for wall panels around the headboard of the bed Visionnaire. The soft glow of these wall panels creates a pleasant diffused backlight that is ideal for maintaining a private atmosphere in the bedroom.
The striking design of the bed headboard deserves special attention. The slatted panel covered with natural suede rises up to the ceiling, visually giving the bed the appearance of a royal bed.
Adjacent to the bedroom is the master bathroom, where the walls are also finished with striking black and dark green stone. The expressive suspended sink, combined with the countertop, is made of stone of a different shade. Dark tones were used not only in the wall finishing but also in most other elements. An anthracite gray shade was chosen for the stylish sanitary ware (wall-hung toilet and bidet), and the ceiling was also made dark. The deep dark tones in this bathroom give it a chic but slightly mysterious look. The entire interior of the shower room resembles a magic box.
In line with the hot modern trend, this bathroom lacks an actual bathtub. Its role is fulfilled by a spacious shower equipped with designer shower fixtures that allow for adjusting various water flow modes, essentially turning the sanitary zone into a home spa. A freestanding column sink CEADESIGN with a designer black faucet completes the luxurious setting.
Linear LED lighting along the ceiling, other horizontal surfaces, and around the mirror gives the bathroom interior a slightly futuristic look.
The second bedroom in the apartment is designed in complete contrast to the first. Here, light, creamy tones dominate, and stone is completely excluded from the finishes. A comfortable bed with a high sleeping area is equipped with a cozy headboard with curved edges, creating additional comfort and a sense of security for those sleeping on it.
Adjacent to this bedroom is another bathroom matching its style, featuring a traditional bathtub. The designers chose a fashionable freestanding option. Large surfaces of noble white marble are also used in the interior finish. The combination of light stone and steel elements in yellow brass color CEADESIGN creates an exquisite impression. One doesn't want to leave this primarily technical room; everything here is conducive to relaxed rest and peace.
The separate dressing room is also done in light tones. Ceiling-high glass storage systems (brand XX) are equipped with built-in LED lighting. Spacious column wardrobes are closed with glass doors trimmed with champagne-colored steel profiles.
Various storage systems are also generously represented in the entrance and passage areas. In the photo: a mirror wall reflects a chest of drawers equipped with a glass-enclosed niche with built-in lighting. In the foreground is a soft bench.
One of the advantages of this small but cozy apartment in a prestigious area of Dubai is a spacious terrace stretching along several rooms. Thanks to this layout, access to the terrace is possible from several rooms at once. Comfortable spots for outdoor relaxation are also arranged here, with a beautiful view of the sea expanse. For the outdoor lounge area, weather-resistant garden furniture Minotti was chosen, able to withstand scorching sun, wind, and rain.
