A versatile instrument for contemporary furnishing, Arpa displays a “musical design” that lends itself to infinite interpretations, combining visual lightness and functionality of use. The design bookcase, whose name in Italian means “Harp”, is characterized by the sequence of metal uprights arranged along the perimeter, which acts as a structure and support for the wooden shelves which run uninterrupted along the entire length and width of the piece. The rounded ends of the shelves soften the profile of the bookcase, making it ideal for any space, whether domestic or otherwise.

Remo, a chair with an evocative name, draws its inspiration from the image of a person rowing a boat across a stretch of water. In actual fact, the front and rear legs are joined as if to form a pair of moving oars. The pattern of the legs highlights this sense of dynamism, while the continuity in the frame enhances the warmth and solidity of the solid wood which is available in different shades. The curved back makes this seat welcoming and ideal for placing around a table in the dining area or for greater comfort in a work space.

The influence of nature is evident in Stone’s lines: a single body that forms backrest, seat and armrests and is as solid and welcoming as only the elements of nature can be. “I have always been inspired by the impromptu seats in nature that I discovered during my long walks," says Fabrice Berrux, who designed the seat. “Sometimes it’s a tree trunk, others simply a smooth rock. This is exactly the spirit I embraced when I came up with the design of the Stone chair.” Available with leather, fabric or eco-leather upholstery, the Stone modern shell chair comes with three bases, so different from one another that they can transform the overall look of the chair: the metal base, made with metal rods, gives Stone a contemporary and energetic look, or the four legs or the swivel base versions in three different solid ash wood finishes provide a visually warm and welcoming chair.

Assemblage’s distinctive sculptural appearance derives from the combination of different shapes and, most of all, materials that are not usually brought together, and whose perception of weight is here disrupted: cork, lighter than wood, serves here as the base and so it appears as the weight that supports the coffee table. The top, on the other hand, is made of solid wood, available in various colours. The skilful combination of warm materials, tied to nature, such as wood and cork, makes Assemblage an object capable of furnishing both sophisticated living rooms and bedrooms, adding an elegant and contemporary touch to the home. The table tops are made from discs of ash wood, supported by a lead-painted metal pipe. All of this rests on a base in marble or cement, which evokes the solid, stable shape of a rock. The lasting image of the Lupino small modern coffee table is one of asymmetrical contrast between the imposing base, the sleek body and the disc that forms the table top, emphasized by the elegant matching of different materials.

With shapes inspired by the typical sports paddle to which it is an explicit tribute, Paddle is a collection of tables by Mauro Lipparini with a light and linear design. Available with two table tops (in Canaletto walnut or coal oak), the coffee tables are completed by a load-bearing structure in bronze or lead painted metal. The modern wooden coffee tables are distinguished by the clear-cut shapes of the tops and profiles and softened by the rounded edges. The top of the Cop Console acts as a “magic mirror”, reflecting and changing the meaning of things. The archetypal champagne flute, turned upside down and enlarged, defines the design of the base which consists of two large metal pedestals. The top is a contrast, an element of pure geometry that underlines the demarcation line with the upside-down world imagined by Roberto Paoli. The modern entryway console is available with a single colour painted metal base and a top in wood, ceramic or marble.

A versatile and elegant console table, the Flame Console is reminiscent of a small visual backdrop, which opens up to embrace the different contexts of domestic living and common areas in the hospitality world. As part of the design, the rigour of the top establishes a dialogue with the two sinuous flared metal supports on which it appears to be suspended. There is a wide range of customization possibilities as the top is available in wood, ceramic or marble and finishes that contrast with the visual and structural solidity of the pair of metal legs.

The Gauss modern wood writing desk features a curved, fluid top with no sharp edges, much like the legs, which take on the appearance of metal rings with rounded corners. The distinguishing feature of Gauss is the raised section, which creates a second level for the desk. In addition to the main desk top in wood, Gauss also offers a practical “floating” shelf made from ceramics, which is attached to the main desk via two metal bars. Gauss’s other unique detail is the shape of the legs, which stand in a dynamic, asymmetrical position, creating an irregular structure which lends a youthful, casual quality to the desk. In addition, the veining in the wood of the desk top adds dynamism, increasing the desk’s aesthetic impact. One possibility for customisation is the addition of a concealed round drawer in painted metal.
