Armchair Quadrado

Designed with the same rationalistic approach that pervades the architectures of the Brazilian designer, the Quadrado armchair sports minimal square shapes and a reclining backrest recalling the classic Teak duckboard, the element that characterises the Quadrado modular system, presented in 2018. The Teak structure, with metal details in Bronze finish, have straight armrests and accommodate the padded cushions of the backrest and seat. The perfect relaxation companion, the armchair slips seamlessly into the various arrangements of the Quadrado system, and can also be used individually or together with other seats. Structure In solid Teak (Tectona Grandis - First European Quality), natural finish, kiln-dried. Worked on CNC machines, assembled at 45° with finger joints reinforced with dowel pins. Underframe in metal painted for outdoor use. The armchair has an underframe in extruded aluminum finished in exterior grade paint and covered with polyester PVC-coated canvas. Cushions Seat cushions in high resilience polyurethane foam and water-repellent, eco-friendly viscose fiber, backrest cushions completely made of water-repellent, eco-friendly viscose fiber. To provide greater protection from water and moisture for the padding, all the cushions are covered in water-repellent polyester fabric. All the accessories – hinges, yarn – are waterproof and therefore suitable for outdoor use. Covers Cushion upholstery covers are completely removable. The structure features decorative details in metal with light bronze finish. Feet/base In metal, with light bronze colour exterior grade varnished finish. Black protective SEBS glides.
